Relationships in the Workplace

In my opinion relationships in the workplace are a big and important role in the job life. But why do I think this? I think it is important because you have to work together as a team with your co-workers, this doesn't mean that you have to be the closest friends, or that you have to do something with your co-worker after work, it's just important that you have a good relationship in work. If there is some problems or if you're in trouble with one of your co-workers, you would be not excited in the morning to go to work because you're more upset about seeing this person again. It also makes your work boring and non-personal because you're just doing your work, without a quick conversations, or without a person which you'd like to work with together. All in all, you don't have to be friends with your co-workers, but if you have a good relationship, it could be improve to a friendship and it's a lot more fun at work because you can enjoy it more.
