Relationships in the Workplace

In my opinion relationships in the workplace are a big and important role in the job life. But why do I think this? I think it is important because you have to work together as a team with your co-workers, this doesn't mean that you have to be the closest friends, or that you have to do something with your co-worker after work, it's just important that you have a good relationship in work. If there is some problems or if you're in trouble with one of your co-workers, you would be not excited in the morning to go to work because you're more upset about seeing this person again. It also makes your work boring and non-personal because you're just doing your work, without a quick conversations, or without a person which you'd like to work with together. All in all, you don't have to be friends with your co-workers, but if you have a good relationship, it could be improve to a friendship and it's a lot more fun at work because you can enjoy it more.

Ethics in Your Life

I have chosen the topic "Explain what you think work ethics are or how they can be be demonstrated". I have chosen this topic for a special reason because I've seen now many different work ethics in many countries. What does work ethics mean for myself? Work ethics is in my opinion consisting of three main points, behavior, personal attitude and hygiene. I think that work ethics is one of the most important part in our school life as well as in the job life. Without right behavior, attitude and personal hygiene you will be not successful. It is important to set priorities for himself. Another point how you can show good work ethics would be the successful and fast solved work which is very important. Manager's want fast workers because they are solving more jobs in less time, time is money in this point of view. So speed is playing also a big role in the job or in school.

My Future Career Interests

I don't really know which future career interests I have. I'm on a special business administration school in Germany, in which I'm focusing in business jobs, office jobs or programming jobs. I've chosen to go to this school because business is our future. We will need more and more programmers in the future because the whole industry is changing to less human workers and more robots. Somebody has to program the systems for these and their skills. That's the reason why I focused on going to a business school because we will need those jobs more and more in our future world.

Communicating in High School

Communication ins High School is one of the most important parts of school. Without communication there will be a big problem between students and students, teachers and teachers or teachers and students. Everybody would misunderstand the other person, and by the way nobody would have fun in school. The biggest part of learning in school is the communication, when a student have some problems in school he has to communicate with the teachers, otherwise he will never understand the topic. Another point would be to get known with other people, when there would be no communication, everybody would live his own life, cold and without any emotions. You see how important it is in the school to talk to other people, without it there would be a big trouble.

Writing as a teenager

It is sometimes not easy as a teenager to have the right words when they have to write something. For example in the school, teachers require the right word choice! Also a problem is that the young people are just writing an their “young” slang with their friends like “Sup” instead of using the right word “What’s up?”. Also teenagers lose a lot of points in their tests because they have more and more grammar and word problems which they use. The only thing which is motivating that the teenager’s will lose their slang after a while. Everybody was in this time and the most of the adults got their right writing after their teenage time.
